Gym Bros. Is your hatred holding you back?

Nobody gets hated on more than Gym Bros these days (Well I’m sure loads of people do but I’m going to ignore this). Anything that’s performed incorrectly in the gym has Bro added to it. Only training arms today? Bro workout. Eating broccoli and chicken? Bro diet. Giving out bad advice? Bro Science. And don’t get me wrong I’ve used the term more than once. BUT

Who consistently gets the best results in the gym? Bros.


No competition! Not because their programs are actually good. Or their diet is correct. But because they stick to it! They ENJOY training in the gym. They LIKE eating boring food – because they believe it is good for them. So they do it day in, day out.

365 days a year

(Yep I know some Bros who train at Xmas) If you have the perfect diet and training plan but only follow it for 3 weeks then you will get shit results. If you have a crappy training plan, and a dull diet, but follow it year round, you will get good results. I agree that you would get better results if you followed a good plan, but if your ‘good plan’ is correct but boring. You won’t follow it. And you’ll stay out of shape.
