time to train, time management, motivation, personal training harrow

I just don’t have the time

One of the most popular excuses for people not training has to be the amount of time required. And there is no beating around the bush here, It does take up a lot of your time.

Especially at first.

  •  Travelling to and from the gym
  •  Working out 4-5 times per week
  •  Cooking healthy rather than convenient meals.

All of this takes time, but so does everything.

If people worried about time when it came to other things in life, they’d never do anything.

  •  Working takes up 40-50 hours per week
  •  Having children takes up even more
  •  Hell, even getting a pet is going to take time out of your life.

My point is that if you really want to get in shape you won’t look at the TIME involved, You’ll look at the outcome. If you exercise regularly, and eat right you will look better, feel better, and live longer. Sounds like a fair trade to me!

If you really want to save time whilst looking good, then hire me and I will save you even more time! No more finding the ‘right’ workout. Or worrying which foods to buy or avoid during the weekly shop. Just send me an application today

Once you have filled in the application you will have the opportunity to book in a FREE 1-1 strategy call where we will discuss:

  1. What it is you want to achieve (effective goal setting)
  2. How you can go about doing it (training program, diet strategy)
  3. What changes can be made to your current training program/diet

If that sounds like the right solution to your problems then click on the link above.

P.S. Is your love for bicep curls only bettered by your love for a perfectly poured craft ale? Or Belgian Ale? Then check out last month’s article on my brand new facebook group, in it I discuss what it is about beer that has always attracted me to it (it gets me drunk) and why beer and biceps is the perfect combination for any man!
