I just don’t have the time

One of the most popular excuses for people not training has to be the amount of time required. And there is no beating around the bush here, It does take up a lot of your time.

Especially at first.

  •  Travelling to and from the gym
  •  Working out 4-5 times per week
  •  Cooking healthy rather than convenient meals.

 

All of this takes time, but so does everything.

 

If people worried about time when it came to other things in life, they’d never do anything.

  •  Working takes up 40-50 hours per week
  •  Having children takes up even more
  •  Hell, even getting a pet is going to take time out of your life.

My point is that if you really want to get in shape you won’t look at the TIME involved, You’ll look at the outcome. If you exercise regularly, and eat right you will look better, feel better, and live longer. Sounds like a fair trade to me!
