Recommended Products

This is my recommended products page. Over the years I have spent a lot of time and money on products for my fitness business and for myself. This means that I have a lot of knowledge about what products work and which products don’t.

On this page, I have listed products from the fitness world and the beer world that I myself have used and loved. Please note that just because I personally recommend an item, it does not mean it’s the best item out there. It may be great value for money, or perhaps I really liked one aspect of it. I may not have owned it myself, but have used it (in the gym for example) and fallen in love with it.

I have split the page up into Beer products and Bicep products. As half of my audience is from the US and half from the UK I have also split some products between countries. A protein bar that I love in the UK may not be available in the US, or vice versa.
